Minimum wire diameter up to 1.2 mm, strictly control the line energy of the welding joint achieves small heat affected zone, less distortion. Hardfacing is a surface engineering technique that improves the performance of a workpiece by adding one or more alloy layers with higher hardness and wear resistance to the surface of the metal substrate.
